Careful Tenant Selection
  • Promoting your property to prospective tenant via the Internet
  • Showing prospective tenant through your property
  • Take a written application – a 100 point ID is required. Background checks including employment, past landlords and the National Tenant Registry – for historical bad tenants
  • Comprehensive/detailed inspection report on the condition of your property including digital photographs taken prior to a tenant taking possession.
Cash flow Management
  • End of Month & Mid Month Payments to Landlords
  • Monthly statements
  • End of financial year statements
  • Payment of associated accounts i.e. Sa Water, Council, Revenue SA
  • Receipting of rent as well as water usage
  • Daily monitoring of arrears to ensure rents are kept up to date at all times
Inspections and Maintenance
  • Quarterly Inspections performed using Inspection Manager for iPad
  • Liaising with Tradespersons when needed
  • Representation at Tribunal Hearings if necessary
  • Organising Repairs and maintenance
  • Processing Insurance Claims if necessary
